Low Level: Army Flight Log

JC Collective Enterprises LLC, doing business as Low Level Co ("we," "us," "our") built this app to help Army aviators log flight time and track currency.
This policy covers both the Low Level Apparel website (lowlevelapparel.com) and the Low Level: Army Flight Log mobile app. If you only came here from the app, the section "Low Level: Army Flight Log App" below is the one that applies to you.

What we collect
- Account information (only if you create an account). The app works fully without one. If you sign in for cloud backup/sync, we collect the email and password you provide. Passwords are handled entirely by Supabase, our authentication provider, and never stored or seen by us in plain text.
- Flight log data. Dates, aircraft type, tail number, mission, duty position, flight hours by category, remarks, and tags. This is yours — it's what the app exists to store for you.
- Unit/currency status (only if you join a unit). Joining a unit makes your computed currency status (e.g. "current"/"expiring"/"expired") visible to that unit's commanders. Your underlying flight records are never shared — only the computed status.
We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, health data, financial/payment information, or anything from your camera or microphone. We do not use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs of any kind — nothing in this app tracks you.
Where your data lives
By default, everything is stored locally on your device.
- If you sign in Supabase, our backend data host, stores your data on our behalf, encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Supabase is a service provider we use to run the app, not a third party we share your data with for their own purposes — they do not have independent access to use your data.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
How we use it
- Display your flight log, currency status, and reports back to you.
- Sync across your own devices, if signed in.
- Let unit leadership see aggregate currency status, only if you've joined that unit.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train any third-party models.
Your choices
Don't want an account? Don't create one — the app works fully offline.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). This permanently removes your profile, flight log entries, currency status, and unit membership from our systems. If you'd rather not use the app to do this, email and we'll delete it for you.
Children's privacy
Not directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, note it in the app.

When you visit or make a purchase from lowlevelapparel.com, we collect information necessary to process your order: name, shipping/billing address, email, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store your full card number). We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand site usage. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
